I am addressing this to the public:

This is to update and notify everyone for awareness, especially veterans, to update you readers on the latest developments of recent events.

    I am paying for a wireless internet box for   my cable - $4.95 per month - I have been paying for this service - all of the features of my lab top don,t work - the services is through RCN Cable Company. What Justice dictates that I pay for something I can't use?

To make matters worse, I was inconvenienced

and  lied to by RCN - I was told to stay home on Wednesday, December 04, 2009 that their service personnel would be out to troubleshoot my line and fix the problem, he worked on the problem for a little over an hour, couldn't fix it. He told me that his supervisor would call me and the supervisor would also come out and troubleshoot the problem and fix the phone problem (echo - read next paragraph) as well, since he couldn't fix it. Today is Friday, December 04, 2009 - I have yet to receive a call from the supervisor. Exactly 4 people have been out since November 30, 2009. What has happened to customer service ?

While the cable man was out the same day, Wednesday, December 2, 2009, I had a side question for him and it was, "Can anyone break into my computer from the Park"? I was told that no-one can access my computer from that distance. That's a relief. But they can from another apartment , when it is located in this building.

I have the suspicion that my phone has been tapped. there is an echo in the phone line - "while I am talking, I am hearing myself saying the same words three and four times - it hurt my ear drum". This has been going on for almost a year. I have been told by private investigators and detectives that someone is listening in on your phone when this happens. Several callers, who I speak with from this phone, have mentioned to me on more than one occasion that they also hear a hollow echo in my phone when they are speaking to me. A few days ago, I sent President Obama an email concerning of this - I am awaiting his response.

Talk about HOME INVASION - someone always enters my apartment, without my permission and as soon as I leave - my 35mm camera ( I paid a little over a $100.00 ) I hide  it in my shoe - that didn't stop anybody - they sure stole  it. And with No break in. And some of the things, they bring them back when they get done with them. I thank that, whoever doing this, they are doing it - just to torment me. Question: Shouldn't my belongings be safe? How crazy is it that I have to go through such lengths to feel secure and safe in my apartment and I'm still being victimized and harassed?! Why is a stranger digging through my personal, private possessions every time I walk outside to get a little air ? I also have camera in my apartment and we also have security in our building. But it doesn't matter. It could be them or anybody. Who knows?

I have a neighbor who strangely enough is hanging a cord out of his window - I believe it has a descrambler device of sort - for I have noticed that each time he does this - my fax machine stop sending and receiving faxes. It just won't work. As soon as he closes the window and pulls the cord back into his apartment . My fax machine  starts working without any problems. Talk about crazy occurrences going on around me.

I live across the street from a Park, it is right off of 16th street - Every time I look around - when I am on the phone talking to people - I see weird activity across the street in the Park - I believe that people are spying on me over here at my apartment. It seems like they very much rather spy on me, instead of the ones that are hiding dope in the Park, like you would hide Easter eggs.

About 2-3 days ago a green SUV, pull up, over there, and someone jumps out and runs in to the woods on the Park side, they were there for a matter of second, and then they jump back into their SUV and made a U-turn - I tried to get their license plate number, but they took off to fast. This occurred while I was talking to the phone company - when this happen. I was on the phone trying to discuss the echo in the phone with the phone company - I am pretty sure that they saw me looking at them and as soon as I told the cable company that I am looking at this green SUV and that some one just jump out, as soom as I said mentioned what was going on to the person on the phone - all a sudden, the green SUV took off really fast, like a bat out of hell. It gave me the impression that my phone was bugged and that the individuals in the SUV overheard me telling the customer service that I was watching their activities and since whoever has bugged my phone overhearing me talking about them - I believe that they felt the need to get out of the area really fast. This is what I believe.

While I was on the phone with my sister, this pass weekaround 6am, a helicopter shone a light right straight over at me in my living room window while I was on the phone with a relatives. Why am I being watched?

On Tuesday, December 1, 2009, around 10 or 11pm, I saw a spy plane - it was hovering in the air, I saw it to the right of my building, many miles away, - I looked out of window as I live on the 8th floor - It looked as though the light from the plane was pointing towards my apartment.To me this looks very suspicious.I better keep my blinds closed, but that's a joke, because keeping the blinds closed isn't going to do any good either, the government can see through closed blinds with their technology and hear conversation through closed doors, windows and walls.
